Michael Webb joined Johnson DeLuca Kurisky & Gould, P.C. in June 2025 as an associate working in the Firm’s commercial litigation section, where he focuses on providing clients with a wide range of services to meet their business needs.

Michael began his legal career with a Houston-based civil litigation firm, and then further honed his skills at respected global law firms, representing both Fortune 5 corporations and local businesses in various commercial conflicts, including contract disputes, trade-secret litigation, data-breach matters, and other business torts. During this time, he also gained valuable experience in the field of labor and employment, successfully resolving various ERISA-based claims as well as claims of discrimination and retaliation, among other issues. He has represented clients effectively through administrative proceedings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and litigation in both state and federal courts.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Michael is licensed to practice in Texas.
