Trey is an Associate whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. He brings a strategic, business-oriented mindset to legal challenges, and provides a practical, solutions-driven approach to litigation, particularly in matters involving complex business operations and commercial disputes.

Trey earned his J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Houston, where he proudly continued a family legacy as a third-generation Cougar alum. While at Creighton, Trey represented his law school as a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, Arbitration Team, Negotiation Team, and Sports Law program. His accomplishments and accolades as a member of those advocacy teams earned him admission to the Order of the Barristers.

He is admitted to practice in Texas and Nebraska . He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the Southern District of Texas.

Prior to attending Creighton University School of Law, Trey spent over 8 years working industrial sales across multiple sectors—including industrial automation software, plastic resins, and wire mesh solutions. Trey draws from his previous experience selling industrial products across the gulf coast of Texas and Louisiana to provide his clients with a knowledgeable solution to any potential business issue that may arise.

Outside of the office, Trey is a passionate supporter of University of Houston athletics, an avid golfer, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
