Allyssa is from Benton, Louisiana. She received her B.C.J. from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2017. In 2020, Allyssa moved to Houston, Texas to attend South Texas College of Law Houston. While in school, she was a member of the South Texas Law Review and a research assistant where she assisted a professor in the areas of torts, civil procedure, and professional responsibility. During school, she also worked as a law clerk with the firm.

At JDKG, Allyssa practices in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on automobile dealerships, insurance law and real estate related litigation.

Outside of the office, Allyssa enjoys exploring Houston with her rescue dog Grif, traveling and spending time with her family.
