Morgan is a Houston native and received her B.S. from Texas State University with a major in public relations. She then attended the University of Houston Law Center where she served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law and a member of the Student Bar Association. She gained litigation experience at a Houston based law firm and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Beau A. Miller.

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys trying new restaurants in Houston, spending time with her two dogs, and participating in various community service projects with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated
